In person
A gentle space to pause, restore and reconnect.
Life can leave you feeling tense, restless or out of balance. Reiki and energy healing offer an opportunity to step away from the busyness and turn your attention inward.
I draw on Reiki and intuitive energy practices, with crystals, bowls and chakra forks incorporated where appropriate. In-person sessions may use hands-on or hands-off techniques, guided by your comfort and preferences.
You may notice relaxation, stillness or a greater awareness of how you feel. There is no expectation of what you should experience; every person and session is different.
If you are open to it, intuitive messages, visions or sensations may also form part of the experience.
